What this site is
The Case Tracker is a private portal for existing clients of Honest Injury Lawyers and for attorneys working with us. It lets clients view their case status and documents and communicate with their legal team.
Your account
Keep your sign-in private. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend access to protect your file.
Relationship
Your relationship with us is governed by the written agreement you signed with Honest Injury Lawyers. Using this site doesn't change that agreement. If you are not our client, nothing on this site is legal advice and using it doesn't make us your lawyers.
Content in your file
Documents and information in your portal are provided for your use in your own case. Don't share your sign-in or your file with others unless you choose to; we can't protect information once it leaves the portal.
Texts and emails — SMS program terms
If you've consented to texts, Honest Injury Lawyers sends case-related messages from (504) 384-2312 and 888-850-8549. Message frequency varies with case activity — typically a few messages per month. Availability
We work to keep the site available and secure but can't guarantee it will always be up. If the portal is unavailable, call or text 888-850-8549.
Acceptable use
Don't try to access files that aren't yours, probe the site's security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Louisiana law governs these terms.
